Meet
Tatum Grimes
Tatum is 25 years old and recently found her passion for dog training after getting her adopted dog Aspen. Her goal is to be able to assist every dog owner in having the relationship that they have always dreamed of with their dog.
Tatum is currently studying psychology at GCU. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, kayaking with her dogs and watching Supercross.
Meet
Matthew James
Matt is 25 years old and has a background in emergency medicine and behavioral health services. His newfound favorite way of helping people is by assisting them in building strong relationships with their dogs. He also has a passion for pet nutrition due to his background in medicine.
Matt enjoys nature, photography, cooking and spending time with his family. He loves camping with the dogs and is always up for a new adventure.
Meet Aspen
Aspen is an (almost) 1 year old Whippet Mix. She is a rescue who was adopted by Tatum back in June. Aspen is the inspiration for The Valley Dogs Academy as she sparked a passion in Tatum and Matt for dog training.
When she is not training, Aspen likes to play with her adopted siblings (Sunnie and Dorothy), chase after balls and doze in the sun.
